We always aim to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both you and our employees and for this reason we would like to inform you that:
The Health Manager of our Hotel has attended the necessary certified seminars set for Hotels for the proper treatment and prevention of Covid-19. All staff has been informed, respectively, of protection against the transmission of the virus, the recognition of visitors’ symptoms and the case of the case. Also, by giving a special basis to the cleaning and disinfection of our rooms, we use exclusively certified professional products.
If you do not feel well 1-3 days before your trip, please cancel it. If you are already at our Hotel, please contact the Reception by phone from your room at 800 or call from your mobile phone +30-27230-22025, so we can ask a contracted doctor to come immediately and evaluate the incident.
Under no circumstances should you leave your room and walk around the common areas, perhaps causing further spread. Please request a mask and gloves from the reception and follow the instructions given to you by phone.

THE ENTRY IS NOT ALLOWED TO NON RESIDENTS
During your stay, we ask our guests to keep in mind the necessary COVID-19 instructions for travelers of E.O.D.Y. as well as complete the Registration Card upon arrival at our Hotel.
When you enter the Reception area of our Hotel, there is a liquid antiseptic for the meticulous disinfection of your hands. There are indicative stickers on the floor to keep the necessary distances to avoid overcrowding. We have also installed Plexiglas protection and contactless POS for the further safety of both our guests and our employees. The receptionists will always keep the required distance when leading guests to their rooms.
Both the keys to the rooms and the reception area are constantly and thoroughly disinfected.
It is also recommended that the check-out be financially arranged in the afternoon of the previous day of departure, in order to avoid overcrowding at the reception on the day of departure.
It is recommended to use the stairwell and not the elevator. No more than 2 people are allowed on the elevator.
Based on the instructions given to us, it is recommended not to clean rooms daily. Please inform Reception upon arrival if you wish daily cleaning as well as changing bed linen and towels every 3 days. The cleaning of the rooms is done strictly and only when the guests are not present in the room.
Our Hotel provides buffet breakfast, which is served by our Hotel staff, keeping the necessary distances. All employees wear masks and gloves and we ask for your understanding and patience if there is a delay due to the strict measures against the transmission of the virus. We always keep our distance in the queue.
The hotel pool will remain closed until 30-6-2020. From 1-7-2020, anyone wishing to use the pool must use the shower and take an effective shower every time they enter and exit the pool.
By the pool showers you will be provided with the necessary (shampoo – shower gel – soap) as well as liquid antiseptic at the entrance. The maximum total number of people entering the pool each time will not be more than 20 people at the same time and the necessary distances will be strictly kept.
